DYNAMIC BACK STRETCH
This mobilization exercise is an ideal dynamic stretch to warm-up your back muscles, particularly your Lats, before your workout. Additionally, as with most mobility drills, which can be fine-tuned to meet individual needs, it can also be used as part of a therapeutic program to provide an appropriate amount of activity to facilitate recovery.

SET-UP
- Stand tall (neutral spine, chest up, chin up) with your feet shoulder-width apart.
EXECUTION
- Keeping both arms straight, swing them forward and up in front of you for the prescribed number of reps.
- With each swing, increase the range of motion until by the latter swings your arms reach vertical.
- Whilst swinging your arms, ensure that your body remains stationary.
