Upon completing a lifestyle questionnaire a tailored program will be built. This package is ideal for individuals who already know basic fitness paradigms for both exercise and nutrition who are simply looking for a new exercise routine for general fitness goals.
This package is not suitable for individuals who are unfamiliar with the basic fitness paradigms or have specific fitness goals, as the former requires more guidance than this package tier offers, and the latter requires a progressive program, which this package tier also does not provide.

SIX WEEK ONLINE PERSONAL TRAINING PACKAGE
This package is essentially a continuation of the Tier 2 Package but goes beyond the initial consultation to include a weekly catch up via email or video call to assess progress. It is best suited to individuals who have a specific fitness goal in mind, and those who would benefit from regular ‘catch up’ sessions to maintain motivation. After completing each training session in your own time you will be required to complete a self-assessment on the level of exertion you felt and what was achieved. This information is then discussed in a weekly discussion, along with any other issues/amendments to exercise prescription and diet that are required to help you meet your goal.
