This package is not suitable for individuals who are unfamiliar with the basic fitness paradigms or have specific fitness goals, as the former requires more guidance than this package tier offers, and the latter requires a progressive program, which this package tier also does not provide.

WORKOUT PROGRAM WITH DIET ASSESSMENT & ONE CONSULTATION

This level is suitable for general fitness enthusiasts seeking some initial guidance to set them on the right path, but would prefer to go it alone thereafter.

This package requires the completion of a lifestyle questionnaire and a 7-day food diary, which are subsequently discussed via an email or video call consultation to clarify answers before a tailored exercise program is built.

Basic nutritional guidance is provided with this plan.

SIX WEEK ONLINE PERSONAL TRAINING PACKAGE

This package is essentially a continuation of the Tier 2 Package but goes beyond the initial consultation to include a weekly catch up via email or video call to assess progress. It is best suited to individuals who have a specific fitness goal in mind, and those who would benefit from regular ‘catch up’ sessions to maintain motivation. After completing each training session in your own time you will be required to complete a self-assessment on the level of exertion you felt and what was achieved. This information is then discussed in a weekly discussion, along with any other issues/amendments to exercise prescription and diet that are required to help you meet your goal.

Anterides Online Training provides the convenience of working out in your own home, gym or other personal space with accountability to ensure you reach your goals. We offer 3 training packages to suit all needs ranging from those who can go it alone and just want some programming, structure or guidance, to those who require a full  lifestyle and dietary assessment to accompany a full array of workout programs on a 1-2-1 basis with an online personal trainer.
