Use the filter options so only exercises that are appropriate to your fitness goals are suggested to you.

FILTER OPTIONS

Level Your current fitness ability.
Gender Whilst no exercise is strictly gender-specific, you may want your Workout Card To only include male or female images. For the broadest selection of exercises chose both 'Male' and 'Female filter options.
Goal What you hope to achieve from your workout or the aspect of your current fitness level that you want to improve on.
Training Type The kind of exercises you want to perform in your workout.
Equipment The equipment you have available.
Target Area The muscle group you want to work on. Click on the filter options (1) or the muscle map (web only) (2) to make your selection(s). Click on the information icon for further detail on additional or underlying muscles that can be targeted.
